About

Dr. Cheryl Camenzuli is a Professor of Psychology with over 40 years of experience in teaching and research in Psychology. She graduated from Long Island University with a B.S. in Biology and received her M.A. and Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology from Fordham University. Awarded a Post-Doctoral Research Fellowship by the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development, she worked at the Infant Study Center in Brooklyn College, and then as a faculty member at Hofstra University. She has been teaching first part-time and then full-time at Molloy College since 2002 and is currently chair of the Psychology Department. Her research interests include perceptual development, sleep & dreams, as well as a recent interest in positive psychology and community connectedness needs of young families.
