Shannon Michael Wamser

I am a multidisciplinary theatre artist and arts educator. I specialize in creating moments and telling stories in a live setting and three dimensional space. Much of my focus is on the power of the Actor and the Ensemble to generate stories and create theatrical pieces. My primary work is as an actor, but I also work as a writer, director, fight director, filmmaker, and educator. Much of my specialization is in physical theatre techniques, and in my curriculum I cover areas such as: Mask work, Lecoq work, Physical Comedy, Improv, Commedia dell'Arte, and Stage Combat technique. I am a member of Dueling Arts, International, The National Alliance of Acting Teachers, AEA, and SAG-AFTRA.
