Women currently represent nearly 60% of the real estate community, making this industry an extremely attractive one for women to grow successful careers. However, women in the U.S. are 28% less likely than men to have a strong network, according to LinkedIn data. We find that the women who build that network and have go-to mentors or peers feel more confident and are able succeed in leadership roles. Our next content series is focused on Celebrating Women Who Move Us. We invite the community to intentionally and actively recognize women who are inspiring, motivating or need encouragement. Through this series powerful women will share their stories of how they successfully built their network and best practices for others to build their own community.
