As a leader, navigating sudden disruptions well is dependent upon how prepared & bonded the leader and her team are. By ‘bonded’ I don’t mean going out for drinks every Friday night; though for some, that may be part of the equation. Team-Bonding is a process that involves the building of mutual trust & respect over time. I will forever be bonded to every team I’ve ever led because we have endured so many battle scars together.
