Every leader has struggled to motivate disengaged teams to places of passionate innovation! Leaders often ask: How do I get the staff to own this project? The answer partly lies in the fact that there is a distinct difference between a Manager who moves parts and people around an organization and a Visionary who ignites a passionate fire in a forward-thinking movement! This session will present a discourse on the differences between the two; and allow participants to discuss and dissect methods of vision building; and translating a vision into coherent shared strategy. It will also share ways of motivating others to take ownership in organizational direction via the lens of the five key disciplines of Organizational Leadership.
